Well the moment we all have been waiting for has finally arrived.  Dr. Bonnie Henry has lifted the Personal Service ban. We are excited as you are, to get back to work.

We are preparing for a very busy and out of the ordinary re-opening.  We will be following the new guidelines and orders that we are required to follow to keep you and our staff safe, at all times.  We need to work together and follow the protocols set out to make this work for everyone.

We have scheduled June 1, 2020  as our opening date.  We will be calling all our clients who had scheduled appointments when we forced to close.  We will then follow this with our regular client list.  At that time, we will  remind you again, of the protocol set out below, that must be  followed when coming into the salon.

​

In order to provide the services necessary to meet the regulations for re-opening, we will be adding an additional $5.00 sanitizing fee to each appointment.  This is to cover the cost of the PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment) and products required to provide you and the staff with a safe enviroment.

When you arrive  for your appointment, you will notice a lot of new changes, including a reduction of our staff  and a number of clients, to meet the safety of social distancing requirements.  It is important that you do not have anyone accompany you into the salon, as we will be running at the maximum capacity to meet the guidelines set out.  You will be asked if you have travelled outside of the Country or whether you have been in contact with anyone who has been tested positive for COVID-19.  We will also not be accepting anyone into the salon that has cold/flu like symptoms.

 

Upon arrival, you will be asked to call the salon to notify us that you have arrived.  You will then be asked to wait in your vehicle or outside until we call you in.  We also request that you use the front door.  If you are unable to use the front steps, please use the back entrance.  Our back door will be locked, please knock.

When you come into the salon:

​

      -  you will receive a sanitized mask that you will put on immediately before proceeding into the salon and will             be yours to take home at the end on the service.

      -  you will receive a bag that you will be required to put your personal belongings into.  This will include your             keys, cell phone, and method of payment.  Please, we ask that you do not bring a purse, wallet, food or                 beverage, into the salon.

      -  hand sanitizer will be provided and applied before proceeding to your stylist's station.

      -  your stylist will also be wearing a mask and additional personal protection that they may require.

      -  beverages, books, and magazines will not be offered at this time.

      -  restrooms in the building will not be available for public use.

      -  when your service is completed you will be asked to stay at your station and we will bring you a a sanitized             hand held debit machine to make your payment.

We will be contacting our clients starting Friday, May 22, 2020 and into the following week.
